Apprentice Pay Rates
 

The base rate of pay for apprentices is defined in the current Collective Bargaining Agreement between the Boeing Company and the IAM District 751 and is updated each September.
Below is the pay scale effective September 14th, 2012:

The wages shown are updated each September per the Collective Bargaining Agreement. In addition to the base rate of pay shown, any accumulated previous year Cost Of Living Allowance (COLA) and any negotiated General Wage Increase (GWI) will be added.
