The IAM/Boeing Joint Apprenticeship Standards of Apprenticeship define the rules and regulations of our apprenticeship program. The Standards are defined by the IAM/Boeing Joint Apprenticeship Committee and approved by the Washington State Apprenticeship and Training Council.
